Surprisingly

One day, I saw this on the table. I couldn't believe mum actually brought this back and plan to give it out to cousins during Chinese New Year. Can you figure it out what is it?

Mum think its cute but I think its ugly!
I just hate angry bird items as they are everywhere!

Don't know when and how I started to have this hobby of collecting red envelopes that are nice which given out by adults. Maybe I think its a waste to throw them away so I started my collection. I have been doing this for a couple of years and I din realized until I found a deck of red envelopes in my shelves.
